E-Sign Consent

1. Scope of Consent
This disclosure applies to your use of the application platform operated by the Technology Software Provider identified in the Legal Notices page. By providing your consent, you agree that all disclosures, notices, agreements, applications, authorizations, records, and other communications relating to your application and any resulting relationship (collectively, "Records") may be provided to you in electronic form, and that you may sign documents electronically. Your consent remains in effect until you withdraw it as described below.
2. Electronic Signatures
You agree that your electronic signature — including clicking "Apply Now," checking a consent box, typing your name, or drawing a signature — has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state law, including applicable versions of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
3. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain Records, you need: a computer or mobile device with internet access; a current version (or immediately prior major version) of a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox with cookies and JavaScript enabled; a valid email address; software capable of viewing PDF files; and either sufficient storage to save Records or a printer to print them. If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access or retain Records, we will notify you and you may withdraw your consent without charge.
4. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a free paper copy of any Record by contacting the company identified on your application or by writing to the Technology Software Provider using the contact information on the Legal Notices page. We will not charge a fee for providing paper copies of Records related to your application.
5. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time by written notice using the contact information on the Legal Notices page. Withdrawal becomes effective within a reasonable time after receipt. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of Records provided or signed electronically before the withdrawal, but may limit or delay our ability to process your application electronically.
6. Keeping Your Contact Information Current
You agree to keep a current email address and mobile phone number on file and to promptly update your contact information through the platform or by contacting the company identified on your application, so that we can deliver Records to you.
7. Your Acknowledgment
By checking the E-SIGN consent box, you confirm that you can access this disclosure electronically, that you have or can access the hardware and software described above, that you can retain Records in the electronic formats provided, and that you consent to the use of electronic Records and signatures as described here.
