References in the Platform's legal documents — including the Applicant Representations, Authorizations, and Disclosures and the AI-Assisted Financial Analysis, Scoring, and Matching Disclosure — to the "Technology Software Provider," "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Intrepid Finance, LLC.

Branded Services. The Platform may be presented under the brand of the financial-services company identified on your application (the "company identified on this application"). That company is responsible for its own products, services, and privacy practices. The Technology Software Provider provides application processing, data transmission, verification, analytics, and workflow technology, and is not a lender, broker, financial advisor, or fiduciary unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Notices. Platform Legal Documents. The following documents govern use of the Platform: Terms of Service; Privacy Policy; AI-Assisted Financial Analysis, Scoring, and Matching Disclosure; E-SIGN Disclosure; and the Applicant Representations, Authorizations, and Disclosures presented with each application.
