How Your Data Is Used

Our platform analyzes financial records in order to extract structured information and provide insights.

Documents processed by the system may include materials such as:

When documents are uploaded, they move through a secure processing pipeline:

Documents are securely uploaded to our system.
The platform processes the documents to identify relevant financial information.
AI-assisted extraction tools convert document contents into structured data.
The resulting structured outputs are returned to the customer.

Document processing is automated. Human access to documents is restricted and occurs only when necessary for technical support or system maintenance.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to help extract structured information from financial documents.

These models assist in identifying items such as:

Transactions
Balances
Account details
Financial statement fields
Tax form data
Other structured financial information

The AI models are used only to generate the specific outputs requested by the service. They are not used to create profiles, perform marketing analysis, or train AI models.

AI is used as a document analysis tool, not a decision-making system.

AI Model Processing

Some document analysis requests are processed using AI models provided by Anthropic.

When AI processing is required:

Relevant portions of document text may be sent to the model for analysis.
The model generates structured outputs based on the request.
The response is returned to our system to produce the final results.

Anthropic may temporarily retain request and response logs for operational monitoring and abuse prevention:

Logs may be retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days.
This data is not used to train models.
After the retention window, the logs are automatically deleted.
Anthropic applies its own security and privacy protections to these logs.

We send only the minimum information required for the analysis task.

Data Security

Protecting financial data requires strong technical safeguards. We implement multiple layers of security designed to protect documents and analysis results.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS protocols.
Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.

Infrastructure Security

We do not:

sell customer data
share customer data for advertising
use customer data to train third-party AI models

Customer documents are processed solely to provide the requested analysis functionality.
